Ironman 70.3 St. Pölten, Austria
This was my first 70.3 race and a test for my upcoming full Ironman race. I finished in 5:17h (Swim: 0:45h / Bike: 2:48h / Run 1:33h). I was 1,094th overall and 255th in my age group (M-35).

July 2010
Frankfurter Sparkasse Ironman European Championship 2010, Germany
My first long distance race. In my home town. It was a blast! I finished in 12:21h (Swim: 1:34h / Bike: 5:57h / Run: 4:38h). I was 1,257th overall (of 2,111 athletes) and 285th in my age group (M-35).
